PE Pipe Welding
Polyethylene (PE) pipe is the material of choice for modern water and wastewater infrastructure in New Zealand. PipeForce crews are fully certified in both butt fusion and electrofusion welding techniques — the two primary methods for joining PE pipe systems. All welds are completed using CNC-controlled fusion equipment with full data logging for quality traceability, meeting AS/NZS 4129 and local authority specifications.
Trench Excavation
Our civil earthworks capability covers trench excavation for all underground services — water, wastewater, stormwater, power, and communications. PipeForce crews are experienced in working across varied ground conditions including clay, sand, rock, and mixed fill, with appropriate shoring and dewatering solutions for deep excavations and high water table conditions.
Road Crossings
Road crossing installations require careful planning, traffic management, and coordination with road controlling authorities. PipeForce handles the complete road crossing process — from consent and traffic management planning through to excavation, pipe installation, backfill, compaction, and surface reinstatement. For crossings where open-cut is not practical, we also offer directional drilling as a trenchless alternative.
Reinstatement
Quality reinstatement is essential for any civil works project — particularly in road corridors and public spaces. PipeForce completes all trench reinstatement to local authority specifications, including granular backfill compaction, sub-base preparation, and temporary or permanent surface restoration. We carry out compaction testing to verify compliance before handover.
Regions We Serve
We deliver civil earthworks and welding services across Waikato, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, and Northland.
